                                                  The Adivasi Educational and Cultural Research Institute is being developed in Najafgarh, Delhi, with the aim of providing an integrated educational and residential facility for students, especially those preparing for highly competitive exams like the UPSC. The institute incorporates modern amenities, sustainable energy solutions, and student-centered facilities to offer a conducive learning and living environment.

  • Address: Village Masoodabad, Ranaji Enclave, Najafgarh, Delhi – 110043.

Site Layout and Construction Details:

  • The institute spans a large plot in Ranaji Enclave, a key urban location. The construction follows a modern architectural plan with efficient use of space for various student-oriented facilities.

Room and Capacity Details:

Residential Rooms:

  • Number of Rooms: 60.
  • Total Student Capacity: 120 students (2 students per room).
  • Room Dimensions: Each room measures 10 feet by 12 feet, providing adequate living space.

Lecture Rooms:

  • Number of Lecture Rooms: 2.
  • Size of Each Room: 15 feet by 24 feet 6 inches.
  • Capacity: Each room can accommodate up to 50 students, allowing for medium-sized classes and interactive sessions.

Library:

  • Capacity: The library can house 80 to 100 students at a time, offering a quiet and spacious environment for studying.
  • Size: 30 feet by 45 feet, with ample seating and resources for group and individual study sessions.

Dining Area:

  • Capacity: Can accommodate up to 50 students at once, ensuring meals can be served efficiently.
  • Size: 30 feet by 30 feet, designed to offer a comfortable dining experience for the students

Floor Plans:

Ground Floor:

The ground floor likely houses key communal facilities such as the dining area, general store, ATM, and possibly some rooms for easy access.

Upper Floors:

From the first floor onwards, there are additional rooms, lecture halls, and the library, maximizing the use of vertical space. Each floor is designed with spacious corridors and access to the lift for ease of movement.

  1. DG Set with Automatic Panel: Ensures uninterrupted power supply for the entire campus, automatically switching during power outages.
  2. Electrical Systems:
    • HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) panels are housed in an electrical room to regulate and distribute electrical supply efficiently throughout the building.
  3. Water Management:
    • Underground Water Tank: A storage tank with a 1 lakh-liter capacity ensures sufficient water availability.
    • Rooftop R.O. Plant: A Reverse Osmosis water treatment system is installed on the rooftop to provide purified drinking water across the campus.

 

Green Energy Initiatives:

  1. Solar Panel System: Installed on the rooftop to harness solar energy, reducing the carbon footprint and contributing to energy savings. This feature aligns with the institute’s green building aspirations.

 

Technology and Security:

  1. CCTV: Security is prioritized with surveillance systems in place across the building.
  2. Internet/LAN Connectivity: High-speed internet and local area network connections ensure students have access to online resources, enhancing their learning experience.
  3. Energy Saving Switches: Installed in rooms with card holders, helping conserve energy by cutting off electrical supplies when not in use.

  1. ATM, General Store, and Stationery Shop: These facilities are provided within the campus to ensure that students have easy access to daily essentials and academic supplies.
  2. Lift: A lift with a capacity of 13 passengers ensures convenient movement across floors.
